Neyrio Rewards (the "Service") is operated by Neyrio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Neyrio", "we", "us"). Legal contact: legal@neyrio.com. Operational support: support@neyrio.com. These Terms apply to the Neyrio Rewards website at neyriorewards.com and to any account you create there. They do not cover other Neyrio products, which have their own terms. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. You may hold only one account. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date, keep your login details confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
The Service shows you offers from third-party advertisers and offer providers, such as installing and playing a game, trying an app, or completing a survey. Each offer describes what you need to do and the reward you can earn before you start. Offers are supplied through our offer platform partner, OGAds, and its advertisers. The offers you see, and whether you qualify for them, vary by country, device, language and the advertiser's own eligibility rules. We do not guarantee that any particular offer will be available to you, that offers will be available at all times, or that you will earn any particular amount.
To earn a reward you must fully meet the requirements shown for that offer. Partial completion, or completion outside the stated conditions, does not earn a reward. You must complete offers yourself, from your own account and device, with accurate information. The following are not permitted and will result in reversal of rewards and may lead to account closure: creating or using more than one account; using VPNs, proxies, emulators, automation, bots or scripts to complete or appear to complete offers; providing false information to advertisers; completing offers on behalf of others or asking others to complete them for you; generating invalid or artificial traffic; and any other activity that we or our offer partners reasonably consider fraudulent or abusive.
Rewards are credited only when the advertiser or offer provider reports a completed and tracked conversion to our offer platform. Tracking can fail for reasons outside our control (for example ad blockers, cleared cookies, switching devices or networks, or advertiser-side issues), and in that case the reward may not be credited. If you believe an offer did not track, contact support@neyrio.com with the offer name and the date you completed it; we will check with our offer partner, but we cannot promise that a missing conversion can be recovered.
When a reward is credited it is first added to your pending balance. Rewards remain pending for 30 days while the conversion is validated by the advertiser and our offer partner. During this period a reward may be reduced or removed if the conversion is reversed, found to be invalid or duplicate, or associated with activity that breaches section 4. After the pending period, validated rewards move to your available balance.
Rewards shown on the Service are stated in US dollars (USD). Your reward for an offer is 75% of the payout that our offer platform reports to us for your tracked conversion; the remaining 25% is retained by Neyrio to operate the Service. The reward amount shown on each offer before you start already reflects this share. Reward amounts for an offer may change over time; the amount shown when your conversion is tracked applies. All rewards are subject to confirmation by the advertiser and our offer partner and to the reversals described in section 5.
You can request a cashout once your available balance reaches the minimum of USD 10.00. Only your available balance can be withdrawn; pending rewards cannot. Before you can request a cashout you must confirm your email address. Cashouts are currently paid by PayPal: when you request a cashout you enter the PayPal email address where you want to receive your payout, and you are responsible for giving us correct details. Each cashout request is reviewed and paid manually by Neyrio. We do not promise any particular processing time, and PayPal applies its own terms and may apply its own fees. We may decline or hold a cashout while we review it under section 8.
We may review your account and hold cashouts if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or invalid activity, or if an advertiser or our offer partner disputes conversions linked to your account. We may suspend or close accounts, and cancel pending or available rewards, where we reasonably determine that they result from activity prohibited by section 4 or by law. Where we take such action we will tell you, unless we are legally prevented from doing so or doing so would compromise fraud prevention. You can close your account at any time by contacting support@neyrio.com; any remaining balance below the cashout minimum, or rewards still pending, will be forfeited unless the law requires otherwise.
Rewards may be taxable where you live. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to rewards you receive. We may ask for tax-related information where the law requires it before making a payout.
Offers are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which you should read before you take part. We are not responsible for third-party apps, games, surveys or websites, for the information they request from you, or for their decisions about whether a conversion is valid. PayPal is a third-party payment provider with its own terms.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it, including offers, reward rates, the cashout minimum, the pending period and payout methods, with reasonable notice where practical. Changes do not affect rewards that are already available in your balance at the time of the change.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings, or losses caused by third-party offers, tracking failures or payment providers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give notice on the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
