Neyrio Rewards runs on a hosted rewards-site platform provided by OGAds, which also supplies the offers shown on the Service. Your account, your offer activity and your cashout requests are stored and processed on OGAds' systems on our behalf. Neyrio staff access this information through the OGAds dashboard to run the Service, review cashouts and respond to you.
Account information: your email address and password when you register, and whether your email address has been confirmed.
Offer activity: which offers you click and start, whether the advertiser reports a completed conversion, the reward credited, its pending or available status, and your balance.
Cashout information: the payout method you choose (currently PayPal), the PayPal email address you enter to receive your payout, the amount, and the status of each request.
Support messages: what you send to support@neyrio.com or legal@neyrio.com, and our replies.
Technical information: when you use the Service, our platform and network providers process your IP address, browser and device information and request logs in order to deliver pages, keep you logged in, attribute offer completions to your account, keep the Service secure and detect abuse.
We do not currently ask for identity documents.
We use this information to create and secure your account; to show you offers and credit rewards; to validate conversions and detect duplicate, invalid or fraudulent activity; to review and pay cashouts; to send you service emails (email confirmation, password reset and cashout updates); to respond to support requests; to meet legal obligations; and to operate and improve the Service. We do not send marketing emails from the Service and we do not sell your personal information.
When you start an offer you are taken to the advertiser's or offer provider's own app, website or survey. Any information you provide there (for example an app account, survey answers or sign-up details) is collected by that third party under its own privacy policy, not by us. The advertiser or offer provider reports the completion of the offer back to OGAds so that your reward can be credited; this report is linked to your Neyrio Rewards account through a click identifier.
The Service uses cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary to keep you logged in and to connect your offer clicks to your account so that rewards can be credited. We have not added any analytics or advertising scripts of our own to the Service. You can delete cookies in your browser settings, but the Service will not work without the necessary ones.
OGAds (offer platform and hosting of the Service): stores and processes your account, activity and cashout data on our behalf.
Advertisers and offer providers reached through OGAds: receive a click identifier and the technical information needed to deliver and track the offer, and report completions back.
Resend (email delivery, processed in the European Union – Ireland region): receives your email address and the content of service emails we send you.
Cloudflare (network and security provider): processes your IP address and request data when you load the Service.
PayPal (payment provider): receives the PayPal email address you provide and the payout amount so that we can pay you; PayPal processes this under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or as part of a business transfer.
Neyrio is based in the United States. OGAds, Cloudflare and PayPal process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; Resend processes our email in the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information outside your country.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to run the Service, to complete and document cashouts, and to meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations. Records of paid cashouts are kept for as long as applicable accounting and tax laws require.
Information is transmitted to the Service over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on our providers' systems, which are protected by their security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you should keep your password confidential.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your account, contact legal@neyrio.com or support@neyrio.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact legal@neyrio.com and we will remove it.
